Firewall blocking Internet.
Phillip found that resetting the firewall fixed internet access to a computer he was working on. I always disable the firewall if I cannot get internet. Just something to be aware off.
Can search be rerouted?
Can search be rerouted. I found that i cannot search for security essentials. But I can go to http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials.com. It will download and install. It will not update. The automated updates will work.
